Alysa's real estate journey began in her early 20s, marking her entry with the acquisition of a rental property. Subsequently, she ventured into the retail and service sectors, establishing multiple businesses in Southern Illinois. Her portfolio boasts numerous investment properties, both acquired and sold.  2011 was a pivotal year for Alysa; she earned her real estate license and embraced motherhood, now a proud parent to Aiden, Daisy, and Vaithan.  In 2022, she launched Indigo Realty, LLC, reflecting her commitment to the industry.  With roots in Williamson County and an alma mater in Marion, Alysa's vision was clear: to anchor her real estate enterprise in Williamson County. Her husband, Tim Moulton, hails from Johnston City, where their children attend school, influencing the location of Indigo Realty's office. The tight-knit community vibe resonates with Alysa, driving her to invest and expand her venture there.  Alysa's ambition? To be the first name that springs to mind for real estate transactions in Southern Illinois.
